Level 1 Religious Education
The focus of the Understanding Faith Curriculum in Year 11 challenges. Saint John's College is the ideal place to encounter Te Atua (God) who in Hehu Karaiti (Jesus) reveals his transforming love and truth. In embracing and supporting students in their encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ, the topics covered during the academic year of study will include, the Trinity, Conscience, Morality and Values, Understanding the Gospel Story, the Reformation, Ecumenism and aspects of Catholic Identity.

Religious Education is a compulsory subject. All students will have been taught the Understanding Curriculum in the previous year.
