Level 3 Sport & Leisure Studies

This is a practical unit standard based course designed to give students personal training skills, coaching skills and the knowledge to provide sporting opportunities for others within our community. It provides an alternative to the academic Sport Science course. This course is for those who want to look after the physical health and well being of themselves and others. The taught Standards can contribute towards gaining a New Zealand Certificate in Sport Coaching at level 3.
